Saint James Hotel Wedding Photographs
Next up, we now have Anne and Michael’s Saint James Hotel wedding photographs to share with you! After creating a whole lot of wonderful family and wedding party portraits and candid photos across the street at LaGrange Park, we had to get these guys married! So we went up to the Summit Room at St. James Hotel to get the job done.
Jackie Lunde had the honor of marrying Michael and Anne. She also had a little bit to do with their getting together in the first place, so it was cool that she got to finish the job. It was a light-hearted ceremony with lots of laughs and fun stories.
Since Anne and Michael have somewhat different loyalties about Minnesota and Wisconson, it also included a wine ceremony where Michael and Anne shared a bottle of wine from Minnesota and another one from Wisconsin. Neat idea!

Victorian Dining Room
After their ceremony, there was a wonderful social hour downstairs in the Victorian Dining Room. During that time the crew at the St. James turned the Summit Banquet Room from the wedding ceremony to a pretty dining room! Also during that time, Joannie took lots of candids of everyone at the party and I took photographs upstairs of the dining room decor and set up for Anne and Michael’s one-of-a-kind light painting at The Port down in the cellar.
A nice dinner followed that included a nice toast from the Maid Of Honor, Liz Kalinowski, and quite the audio/video presentation from the Best Man, Mike Horwath.

Light Painting
At the conclusion of our wedding coverage, we decided to sneak in a couple of mini-light paintings. We shared one of them in our first post, this one turned out pretty sweet (pun intended) because it included their wedding rings on a pair of cake pops!
