Adorable four day old Miss Kylie Ann was in the studio last Saturday for her newborn baby pictures!

This tiny little cutie pie was just a joy to have in the studio. So precious and sweet, you just wanted to hold her and not put her down! And Kylie’s “Aunt Joannie” got some quality time holding Kylie while her “Uncle Mike” set up the studio for the first of her portraits.
Little Miss Kylie was escorted by her mom, dad, and grandma too and each of them also got their chance to be photographed with this little princess. Sweet!
Joannie and I had the pleasure of being Derek and Melissa’s wedding photographers back in October of 2012! We also had the same honor to be grandma Lori and grandpa Ed’s wedding photographers “a few” years earlier!
That’s what I love about our profession, we get to photograph and enjoy so many fun and incredible family milestones in our client’s lives. It makes it so special and gratifying to be a professional photographer!

As is frequently the case when doing newborn baby pictures; much of the session time is spent feeding the baby! Miss Kylie was no different as she wanted to eat on more than one occasion. No problem when you’re just so darn cute!
It was very fun to photograph Kylie with each of her “escorts” and I enjoyed making grandma get in there with her new granddaughter. I told grandma that “She’s only four-days-old one time so why not do it?” So she did. I know she won’t regret that decision.
