Stone Arch Bridge Winter Engagement Portraits
The story behind Charlie and Chrissy’s Stone Arch Bridge Winter Engagement Portraits.
I had a great winter engagement portrait session a couple of Saturdays’ ago and so I decided to put together a little highlight video. In all my visits to the St. Anthony Main and Stone Arch Bridge area in downtown Minneapolis, I can honestly say I’ve never seen it so quiet and deserted. Might of had something to do with the fresh snowfall and the fact that it was 3 degrees outside! Brrr!
We bopped in and out of some of the St. Anthony Main buildings checking out some of the great locations to take photographs and then it was outside to the cold! We made our way to the Stone Arch Bridge right to the spot where Charlie proposed to Chrissy! A great location with the Minneapolis skyline as the backdrop!
It was great to have the bridge almost entirely to ourselves as there was pretty much nobody around! Normally you can literally almost get run over on the Stone Arch Bridge with all the bikers, joggers, and walkers! Something about almost zero degrees that clears out a lot of outdoor activity!
Chrissy and Charlie will be getting married on July 27th at Maple Grove Evangelical Free Church in Maple Grove and I have the honor of being their photographer! Thanks for the “cool” early morning engagement session! I enjoyed hanging out with you two and really look forward to your substantially warmer July wedding!
