Storytime with Santa for Cystic Fibrosis – The Santa Experience
We’re shifting gears from our “Santa’s Workshop” theme that we did had had on week one of The Best Santa Experience, to our “Storytime with Santa for Cystic Fibrosis” week two theme. It doesn’t really matter what the theme was, these kids all loved The Best Santa Experience here at our studio!
Addyson and Santa Claus
Little three-year-old Addyson dropped by to visit with Santa along with her mom and dad. As you’ll see in her highlight music video, Addy is just precious. It was truly heartwarming to see the love she had for Santa Claus and Santa had in return for her!
George, Henry, and Willa meet Kris Kringle
Four and a half-year-old twins, George and Henry, also stopped by for a visit with Kris Kringle. And they also brought their baby sister too! Ten-month-old Willa didn’t know exactly what this whole Santa thing was, but it didn’t stop her from waking Santa up from his nap! Super cute outfits too, you gotta love Willa’s hat!
Sweet Little Charlotte and Her Santa Experience (for all of us)!
Charlotte was our opening act on that Saturday morning and she defiantly got everyone’s adrenaline going! Charlotte is a mini “Tigger” with pigtails! She never stopped moving or entertaining the whole time she was here! I’m talking, from the moment she walked in the front door until she left! I can’t wait to see her back her for bunnies once again next spring! If you ever need a pick-me-up, call on my little friend Charlotte!
Tyler and His Baby Sister Olivia Visit Santa Claus
Our final twosome for this blog post is five-year-old Tyler and his new baby sister Olivia. Having been here last year and the year before, Tyler is now one of Santa’s good friends. At just four months old, Olivia is a tiny cutie pie. It will be fun to watch her grow up and see what Santa is really all about next year and beyond.
Storytime with Santa for Cystic Fibrosis
For 2017, The Santa Experience featured “Storytime With Santa” and “Santa’s Workshop” themed Christmas portraits. The Best Santa Experience helped us to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. Our Session Fee of $75 was donated entirely to Cystic Fibrosis, with our wonderful clients writing their checks directly to CF.
In addition, Joannie & I will be donating a portion of their custom print orders to CF as well. It’s our small way of helping to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Our godchild, Lindsey, has Cystic Fibrosis. In October of 2016, Lindsey received a double lung transplant at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis. We’re happy to report that Lindsey has recuperated very nicely and is enjoying life again with her new lungs.
So once again this year, all of the monies we raise this year will be given to Cystic Fibrosis in Lindsey’s honor. Let’s hope they can find a cure for CF soon!
During each fun-filled Santa photo session, kids got to visit with Santa Claus in his workshop for about 30 to 45 minutes while reading books, working on toys, singing songs and hanging out with Kris Kringle. Santa gave presents to each child, and there were treats for young and old alike to enjoy while they were here. We’ve got Santa coming back this weekend for “Storytime with Santa” and it should be a lot of fun too!
Lot’s more of The Best Santa Experience coming in the weeks ahead.
Our “Storytime with Santa for Cystic Fibrosis” photographs will be cherished for generations to come. – M&J
