These two newlyweds were married a couple of weeks ago on April 11th at the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church with much of their wedding photography done before and after the wedding ceremony at the beautiful Lafayette Club on Lake Minnetonka, MN.

Wedding Picture Perfect Day
Peter and Michelle’s wedding day was about as nice as you could ask for in early April. A very sunny day with a light breeze making it feel a bit cool, but really very nice considering the weather we had the whole week before. Even though it was very sunny (very challenging lighting for any kind of photography), we took advantage of the nice day and worked outdoors as much as we could at the Lafayette Club.
The highlight video you’ll be enjoying today starts off with Peter and Michelle getting ready followed by their first look on the fun circular staircase right there at the Lafayette Club.

As you can see, this was such a fun wedding day! A very cute couple, fun families and a great wedding party. A very personalized wedding ceremony followed by a stunning, wedding reception, dinner, and dance at the wonderful Lafayette Club!
A Pretty Sunset Wedding Photo
To top it all of, we have the beautiful bonus sunset wedding photograph below which happened during dinner. Peter, Michelle, Joannie & I snuck outside with a bunch of our Canon speedlights to capture this pretty sunset on Lake Minnetonka. I’m not sure anyone other than the staff at the Lafayette Club knew we even left! I think you’ll agree it was worth it!
