Recently, I had the pleasure of creating Josh & Sarah’s engagement portraits by the Stone Arch Bridge in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

It was very close to peak fall colors on the St. Anthony Main side of the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis, MN. So many of their engagement portraits by the Stone Arch Bridge have some really beautiful backgrounds. It didn’t hurt that the weather was ideal that afternoon either.
I wish we could keep fall around like that for about 3 months every year.

We had a nice stroll along the riverfront, stopping at several pretty photo spots for some very nice, casual engagement photos of this really cute couple.
I had Lightning McQueen along to tote my portable WITSTRO MoLight AD360II-C lighting system and as always, it was nice not to have to hand carry everything while working on location. It was such a nice day with light breezes, that I even used my large softbox on occasion without fear of it blowing over.
Josh and Sarah will be getting married this upcoming February at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Circle Pines, MN.

I decided to create a music highlight video for them to enjoy and remember this beautiful day for many years to come. It will be fun to look back on it during the cold winter months ahead when we’ll all be wishing that the fall colors were still here.
