Josh and Nina’s Eagle Brook Church wedding photography.
Josh and Nina were married on August 29th in a pretty Eagle Brook Church wedding! They are coming into the studio tomorrow night to see their wedding photographs for the first time. So I’ve decided to give them a little “teaser” before they see all of their wonderful wedding photos.
Their wedding day started with Josh and Nina getting ready for the fun times that were about to begin. Once they were both dressed and ready, I had the pleasure of setting up their first look right in the very sanctuary where their Eagle Brook Church wedding would happen in just a couple of hours.
Once their first look was concluded, it was time for lots of wedding photos of Josh and Nina, their parents, family and the wedding party too. I choose the atrium at Eagle Brook Church for its interesting backgrounds and some of the natural light that it provided.
Once we completed all of the formal portraits it was time for these two to get married! Sweet!
A Very Rainy Wedding Day
The weather for their wedding day was not the best. By the time the ceremony rolled around, it was raining quite steadily and during their receiving line, it was pouring. Pretty much the way most Minnesota weddings went this year!
But there was a small window of opportunity on the way to their wedding reception where it actually stopped raining for a few minutes. So we headed to Green Mill in Blaine where these two met, with the wedding party. We even took some of their engagement portraits there earlier in the year.
From the Green Mill to the Hampton Inn in Shoreview, MN (where ironically there’s another Green Mill) for their wedding reception, dinner, and dance. It was a really fun night celebrating these two getting married!
Josh and Nina, I want to thank you for asking me to photograph your awesome wedding for you two. I had a great time (despite the rainy day), and I look forward to seeing you guys tomorrow night as we start selecting your album images!
