2019 Corvette ZR1 in a Hunting Lodge

2019 Corvette ZR1 in a Hunting Lodge

A beautiful light painting of five Corvettes at a lodge. In this one-of-a-kind-photograph features a 1966 Corvette Stingray Convertible, a 2004 Corvette C6 Z06 Leman’s Commemorative Edition, a 2013 Corvette 60th Anniversary ZR1, a 2019 Corvette ZR1, and a 2023 Corvette Z06 Convertible!

Here’s the amazing final artwork! Five beautiful Corvettes (and one big beautiful lodge)!

This story is all about a beautiful 2019 Corvette ZR1 in a hunting lodge.

A few weeks back I featured a story about an amazing light painting project that I created of five Corvettes sitting outside of a beautiful hunting lodge down in Texas. That beautiful image is shown above. Well, this project features one of those Corvettes, but this time we’re going inside the lodge! Yes, it’s the 2019 Corvette ZR1 inside that hunting lodge (with a few dozen critters too)!

A Grizzly Bear and A Raccoon

The 5-Corvette light painting project the night before turned out truly amazing! You might think that it would be hard to top that. Well, think again (I thought so too)!

The interior of this unique building is outta this world! Think Cabela’s but on an even more grand scale! There are dozens of hunting trophies on display here. Oh, and a mountain too! I had the opportunity to climb that mountain while doing the photography part of this unique light painting project. I can tell you that walking around in the dark, 30 feet or so off the ground while lighting over the edges of a “mountain”, is a rather unnerving experience, but exhilarating at the same time!

The setup shot for this unique project is shown below. Yep, that’s a grizzly bear on top of a tow truck, with a raccoon in the driver’s seat!

Da Bears!

Speaking of grizzly bears. If you would love to see more of these amazing creatures, it just so happens that Joannie and I have photographed these amazing creatures while in Alaska! In Alaska, they’re generally called brown bears. And they love to eat fresh fish, preferably salmon!

PPhoto was taken during one of Michael Anderson Photography Tours to Alaska.

Fresh salmon, it’s what’s for lunch!

Light Painting a 2019 Corvette ZR1 Inside a Hunting Lodge

All told that evening, I took 336 images for this project and used more than 80 of them and over 100 layers to create the final one-of-a-kind artwork. The final image looks pretty darn amazing!

An extremely unique light painting of a 2019 Corvette ZR1 inside a hunting lodge!

How did I get a Corvette inside of Cabela’s? Well, no offense to Cabela’s, but this setting is even more amazing than their stores!

2019 Corvette ZR1 in a Hunting Lodge – The Movie

As always, I’ve created a short Build Video of this amazing light painting project for our YouTube channel. It’s about a minute long and shows the images that I used to create the final one-of-a-kid artwork and each layer in post-production. The link is below.

As always, we encourage you to take a look at all of our light painting projects. You can find the backstories about most of them here on our blog. We also have a dedicated website just for our light painting projects. Please check it out at: https://michaelandersonlightpainting.com
