Lucy & William’s Adorable 2016 Heirloom Santa Photos!
When Lucy & William arrived for their 2016 Heirloom Santa Photos, neither one of them were too excited to get very close to Santa. In fact, the only way William would approach Santa was if mom, dad, or both mom & dad were in there with him. There also were big alligator tears at times too. So the whole family got into the act for photos and storytelling with Santa Claus.
Lucy was cautiously optimistic about the whole “Santa thing,” but she didn’t mind sitting by Santa and having a nice chat with him. You could see that she was assessing the situation pretty much the whole time. It made for very cute Santa Photos.
When you watch their adorable music highlight video, you’ll see that by the end of their 2016 Heirloom Santa Photos, William was “best buds” with Santa Claus, including goodbye hugs! At that point, then Lucy didn’t want to say goodbye! She had to be “coaxed” (actually pushed) to say goodbye to St. Nick. That was a funny, unexpected turn of events.
As you can see, these are two very cute kids that years down the road, will look back on this moment in their lives and smile about the memories they had together with Kris Kringle back in 2016. – M&J
Heirloom Santa Claus Portraits to Raise Money for Cystic Fibrosis.
Our 2016 “Storytime with Santa Claus” themed portraits helped us to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis this year. Our Session Fee of $75 was donated entirely to Cystic Fibrosis, with our wonderful clients writing their checks directly to CF.
In addition, Joannie & I will be donating a large portion of their custom print orders to CF as well. It’s our small way of helping to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Our godchild, Lindsey, has Cystic Fibrosis and just in the last month has received a double lung transplant at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis. We’re happy to report that Lindsey is now home from the hospital and is recuperating very nicely.
So this year, all of the monies we’ve raised this year will be given to Cystic Fibrosis in Lindsey’s honor. Let’s hope they can find a cure for CF soon!
During each fun-filled Santa photo session, kids got to visit with Santa Claus for about 30 minutes while reading books, singing songs and hanging out with Kris Kringle. Santa gave presents to each child and there for treats for young and old alike to enjoy while they were here.
These Heirloom Santa Claus Portraits will be cherished for generations to come.
