Golden Valley Golf & Country Club Wedding Reception
As we showcased in Part One of Tawnya and Adam’s wedding day highlights, this super cute bride and groom were married in a beautiful wedding ceremony at Faith Lutheran Church in Coon Rapids, MN. We also shared the link to their awesome engagement portraits as well.
We left off with the newlyweds getting on the limo bus in the rain at the church.
Part Two begins with some pretty wedding photos of the really stunning Golden Valley Golf & Country Club main ballroom. It really was beautiful to see.

A Short Break In The Rain
Shortly after the wedding party arrived at the Golden Valley Golf and Country Club, the torrential downpours subsided just long enough for Tawnya, Adam, Joannie and me to actually go outside (without a boat) for a few minutes!

While it wasn’t for a very long time, it was very productive as we got a few pretty bridal portraits of our “King and Queen” and then a few strolling wedding photographs of our bride and groom, just the two of them, right before the reception (and the rain) started up. Nice!
Their wedding celebration continues with the Grand March and cake cutting followed by a very tasty dinner. Then there’s some great toasts by Tawnya’s dad, the Maid of Honor and the Best Man and then dancing the night away!

We “toss in” (pun intended) a garter and bouquet and some late night wedding party fun indoors (still raining cats and dogs outside). Then we finish Tawnya and Adam’s wedding highlight video with more dancing fun! There’s even a “Jo Jo moment” or two tossed in there!

Tawnya and Adam, Joannie and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for entrusting us with your wedding photography. It’s something we are truly grateful for at any bride and groom’s wedding, but it’s super cool when our friends ask to be their wedding photographers! We love getting to know the “significant other” that our wonderful friends have chosen in ways that just being a guest at a wedding doesn’t allow.
